Pricing Overview
Seven ways to buy.
Each one priced to pay for itself.
Every product runs through the same Engine9 standard: AI scoring, a Case Readiness Score on every lead, documented consent, and delivery straight to your team. Every lead, call and case is exclusive to your firm, and every price below is set so a single signed case returns several times what you paid for it. Pricing shown is the starting rate by state.*
*State pricing effective September 21, 2026. Rates vary by state based on state laws, competition and market conditions. Colorado is quoted on request. Your rate is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
$0 up front
On web form leads, inbound calls and warm transfers. Billed weekly, only for what qualifies, with no minimum and a daily cap you set.
$0 until you sign
Our pay when you sign program. Every call is free, and you pay only when a caller signs your retainer.
Your paper
Every signed case is on your retainer, fee agreement and HIPAA release, handed to your team live with the full file.
THE MATH BEHIND EVERY PRICE ON THIS PAGE
On a minimum $25,000 auto policy, a one third fee is about $8,250. Typical MVA fees run closer to $15,000. A signed case at $2,800 returns roughly 3x at the floor and 5x at a typical fee, and a single commercial case can return many times that. Each product below shows its own math.
RAW LEAD
SIGNED CASE
01
Exclusive MVA Web Form Leads
Starting at$305 / lead
$305 to $525 depending on state
A claimant who completed our seven step qualifying form, delivered to your CRM in real time. Exclusive to your firm and never resold, with nothing paid up front.
THE MATHAt $385 a lead and a 10% close rate, a signed case costs you about $3,850 against a typical $15,000 fee, roughly 4x. And you are billed weekly, only for leads delivered.
- No money down. Billed weekly, no minimum, and you set the daily cap.
- 100% exclusive. Never resold, never shared, not even into another market.
- Under 2 minutes from opt in to your CRM, so you reach them while intent is highest.
- Seven step form captures accident date, injury, insurance and fault before the lead reaches you.
- Search driven. Built on search traffic, where people who were actually hurt go looking for help.
- Case Readiness Score on every lead, so your intake works the strongest files first.
- Typically closes 9 to 13%, with accidents inside the last 6 months.
- Bad numbers and spam replaced at no cost to you.
Best for: firms with a fast intake team that want the lowest cost per contact and full control of the conversation. No minimum to start, with volume pricing at 100.
02
Consumer Initiated Inbound Calls
Starting at$525 / call
$525 to $650 depending on state
An accident victim who searched, clicked and called on their own, qualified on the call, then routed live to your intake line. Nobody was called, texted or mailed first. The call is the consent.
THE MATHAt $525 a call, if one caller in six signs, a signed case costs you about $3,150 against a typical $15,000 fee, nearly 5x. You pay only for calls that connect past 120 seconds and meet your criteria.
- No money down. Billed weekly, no minimum, and you set the daily cap.
- The caller chose to dial. The highest intent you can buy short of a signed case.
- Billed on connection, not on dial. Only past a 120 second threshold. Misdials and hang ups are never billed.
- Six step qualifying funnel before the transfer, with every answer passed to your team along with the call.
- Contact rate is effectively 100%, because the contact is the call.
- Lightest compliance footprint on this page. The consumer started the conversation.
- Routed live to your intake during your hours, with geo, case type and concurrency controls.
- Any call that does not qualify is replaced at no cost to you, even if it ran past 120 seconds.
Best for: firms with a staffed intake floor, bilingual where it matters, that close best when the prospect has already decided to call. No minimum to start, with volume pricing at 100.
03
Warm Transfers
Starting at$550 / transfer
$550 to $650 depending on state
A live caller our call center has already verified for accident, injury and case fit, handed straight to your intake team with a quick introduction of who they are and what happened.
THE MATHAt a 20% close rate, five transfers sign a case. At $550 each that is about $2,750 per signed client against a typical $15,000 fee, better than 5x, with nothing paid up front.
- No money down. Billed weekly, only for qualified transfers, no minimum, and a daily cap you set.
- A real person on the phone. No dialing, no voicemail, no chasing.
- Verified before the handoff against your criteria: accident, injury, fault and representation.
- Firms typically close 20% to 25%.
- Consent naming your firm captured on the recorded call before the handoff.
- Caller details sent at the moment of transfer, so your team never starts cold.
- Accidents inside the last 6 months, with no treatment gap over 30 days.
- Any transfer that misses your criteria is replaced at no cost to you.
Best for: firms that close better live and want real conversations without the dialing grind. No minimum to start, with volume pricing at 75.
04
Pay Only When You Sign
NEW
Flat rate$3,400 / signed case
One price in every state we serve. Not available in California or Colorado.
We send qualified accident callers live to your intake team, and the calls cost you nothing. You pay only when a caller signs your retainer. We carry the media, the call center and every call that does not become a case.
THE MATHYour cost per signed case is fixed at $3,400 before the first call rings, and every call that does not sign costs you $0. There is no close rate to gamble on. Against a typical $15,000 fee that is about 4.4x on every case you take.
- No risk on the calls. No per call fees, and nothing billed until a retainer is signed.
- One flat price nationwide. The same $3,400 in every state we serve.
- You stay in control. Your team talks to every caller and decides who to sign.
- Your paper. The client signs your retainer and fee agreement, not ours.
- Screened live against your criteria before every transfer.
- Every transfer recorded and logged, so which calls became cases is never in question.
- 100% exclusive. Never resold, never shared.
- The incentives line up. We only get paid when you sign a client, so we only send callers worth signing.
Best for: firms with a capable intake team that want signed case economics without paying for a single call that does not convert. Volume, hours and how signings are reported are set in writing before launch.
05
Signed Auto Accident Retainers
FLAGSHIP
Starting at$2,500 / case
$2,500 to $3,600 depending on state. Accident inside the last 90 days.
A signed client, not a lead. The claimant is qualified against your criteria, signs your retainer, fee agreement and HIPAA release, and is handed to your team live with the full file. No intake labor, no chasing, no voicemail.
THE MATHEven on a minimum $25,000 policy, a one third fee is about $8,250, roughly 3x a $2,800 case. Typical MVA fees run closer to $15,000, about 5x, and one strong case can pay for the entire program.
- Accident inside the last 90 days on every case. No aged files, no recycled inventory.
- Signed on your paper. Your retainer, fee agreement, HIPAA release and intake documents.
- The full file. Insurance paperwork, the police report and photos when available, and the client's license.
- Warm handoff to your team, with the file emailed at the same time.
- An 11 point screen before signature: accident date, how it happened, driver or passenger, police response, fault or citation, injuries, treatment and visits, representation, prior settlement, and both drivers' insurance.
- Bilingual intake in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and New Mexico.
- 100% exclusive and fulfilled inside 60 days.
- 21 day review window on every case, with replacement or credit on any case that fails your criteria.
Best for: any firm that would rather buy cases than manage leads, and especially firms without a 24/7 intake team. 10 case commitment to start with half paid up front, and volume pricing at 25 per order.
06
Signed Retainers, Under 30 Days
PREMIUM
Flat rate$4,200 / case
One price in every state we serve. Not available in California or Colorado.
The same signed case on your paper, with the accident inside the last 30 days. The claimant is days or weeks from the crash, treatment has only just started, and no other firm has had time to reach them.
THE MATHAt $4,200 against a typical $15,000 fee, that is about 3.5x before any upside, and fresh cases are the ones that grow. In competitive markets, firms commonly pay $3,500 to $8,500 per signed case.
- Accident inside 30 days on every case.
- Treatment starts early, so the medical record is built from day one and gaps never open.
- Evidence is still fresh: photos, vehicle damage, witness memory and the police report are all current.
- Ahead of the adjuster. Reached before an insurer can talk them into a quick, low settlement.
- Ahead of other firms. A claimant this fresh has rarely heard from anyone else.
- One flat price in every state we serve.
- Everything in the 90 day program: your paper, the full file, the 11 point screen, a warm handoff and bilingual intake.
- 21 day review window, with replacement or credit on any case that fails your criteria.
Best for: firms that price against the value of the case, not the cost of a lead, and want the freshest, strongest files on the market. 10 case commitment to start with half paid up front, and volume pricing at 25 per order.
07
Commercial Vehicle Signed Cases
Flat rate$16,000 / case
One price in every state we serve. Not available in CA, CO, GA, HI, NV or WA.
A signed case where the at fault vehicle was commercial, so the claim sits against a commercial policy instead of a personal auto limit. Same paper, same review window, a very different case value.
THE MATHA one third fee on a $25,000 personal auto policy is about $8,250. Interstate for hire trucks are federally required to carry at least $750,000 in liability coverage. At $16,000, one commercial case can fund a year of case acquisition.
- Commercial defendant confirmed at intake: tractor trailer, box truck, delivery vehicle, company owned car or fleet vehicle.
- Carrier and USDOT detail captured where available.
- Signed on your paper, with your retainer, fee agreement and HIPAA release.
- Real injury screened before signature. Treated after the crash, currently treating, no treatment gap over 30 days.
- Accident inside the last 30 days, claimant not at fault and not currently represented.
- 100% exclusive to your firm. Never resold, never shared.
- 21 day review window, with replacement or credit on any case that fails your criteria.
- Limits structured specifically for you. Actual limits vary by carrier, vehicle class and policy, and are confirmed through discovery.
Best for: firms staffed for trucking and commercial litigation that would rather put spend into fewer, much larger files. 5 case minimum to start, with volume pricing at 15.
Why firms switch to us
- We never bid against you. Our campaigns run under our own MVA brand, so we never compete with your ads or push up your cost per click.
- Search first. Real injury claimants start with a search, so that is where our spend goes, not "what is my case worth" social bait.
- Cases, not relabeled leads. A quality injury search click costs $250 to $300 on its own. A "signed case" sold for $1,000 is almost always a lead with a new label.
- No money down where it matters. Forms, calls and transfers are billed weekly for what qualifies, with no minimum and no upfront risk.
- Your paper, your brand at the handoff. Clients sign with your firm, on your documents, and meet your team live.
- Bilingual intake in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and New Mexico.
- Exclusive, every time. One firm per lead, call and case. Nothing is resold, aged or recycled.
- Replacement at no cost on anything that misses the criteria you give us in writing.

Questions firms ask before they start
Are these exclusive, or do you resell them?
100% exclusive to your firm. Forms, calls, transfers and signed cases are never resold or shared, not even into another market. You are the only firm that ever touches that contact.
Why is a signed case worth more than it costs?
On a minimum $25,000 policy, a one third fee is about $8,250. Typical MVA fees run closer to $15,000, and a strong case with real injury and good coverage can be worth far more. At $2,500 to $4,200 per case, the floor is roughly 2x to 3x and the typical case several times that. One strong case often pays for the whole order.
What is the difference between under 30 and under 90 days?
Recency. Both are signed on your paper with the same screening, file and review window. Under 30 days gets you the claimant while treatment is just starting, evidence is fresh, and before an adjuster or another firm has reached them, which is why it carries a premium. Under 90 days is the best value per case for most firms.
How does pay only when you sign work?
We send qualified accident callers live to your intake team at no charge. Your team talks to them and decides who to sign. When a caller signs your retainer, that case is billed at a flat $3,400. Calls that do not sign cost nothing. Every transfer is recorded and logged, and how signings are reported is agreed in writing before launch.
What does no money down mean?
On web form leads, inbound calls and warm transfers there is nothing to pay up front. You are billed weekly, only for leads and calls that meet your criteria. There is no minimum order, and you set a daily cap so your intake team only sees the volume it wants.
What if something does not meet my criteria?
It is replaced at no cost to you. Forms with a bad number or spam are replaced. Calls and transfers that miss your criteria are replaced, including calls that ran past the billing threshold. Signed and commercial cases carry a 21 day review window: flag the case with the criterion it fails and the evidence, and you get a replacement or a credit.
How fast can we start?
Forms, inbound calls and warm transfers typically go live within 48 to 72 hours of a signed agreement and your intake details: counties, hours, transfer number and daily cap. Signed retainers begin flowing within weeks of your order, with the full order fulfilled inside 60 days.
How recent are the accidents?
Premium signed retainers and commercial cases are inside the last 30 days. Standard signed retainers are inside the last 90 days. Web form leads, inbound calls and warm transfers are inside the last 6 months, with no treatment gap over 30 days on transfers.
What are the minimums to start?
None on web form leads, inbound calls or warm transfers. Signed retainers start with a 10 case commitment and half paid up front. Commercial cases start at 5. Pay only when you sign is set up with your program, including daily volume and hours.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, and it is built into the rate card rather than argued case by case. Volume pricing opens at 100 web form leads, 100 inbound calls, 75 warm transfers, 25 signed retainers per order, and 15 commercial cases. Ask for the volume sheet for your state.
Why does the price change by state?
Cost of acquisition, competition for the same accident, and state advertising rules all move the number. A web form lead runs $305 in Montana and $525 in California. Premium signed retainers, pay only when you sign and commercial cases are one flat price in every state we serve. Colorado is quoted on request.
Why not just buy cheaper cases?
Because a cheap case is usually a lead. A quality injury search click costs $250 to $300 on its own, and the real cost to produce a signed case outside California runs $1,800 to $3,000 before a dollar of intake labor. Social ads built around "what is my case worth" can produce 100 leads for two signups. Our pricing reflects the real cost of a real case.
How is an inbound call different from a warm transfer?
A warm transfer is a caller our center reached, verified and handed to you. An inbound call is someone who saw our advertising, decided on their own and dialed. You get the highest contact rate of any product on this page and the lightest compliance footprint, in exchange for handling more of the first conversation yourself.
What makes a case commercial?
The at fault vehicle was being operated commercially: a tractor trailer, box truck, delivery vehicle, company owned car or fleet vehicle. That is confirmed at intake, with carrier and USDOT detail captured where available. Policy limits vary by carrier, vehicle class and policy, are never guaranteed at any amount, and are confirmed through discovery.
Where do the leads come from?
First party intake on our own advertising, mostly search, captured with consent and run under our own MVA brand so we never compete with your ads. Every contact is generated for your firm. Nothing is scraped, aged or recycled.
How are leads and cases qualified?
Every form runs through Engine9, our AI qualification and scoring system, and carries a Case Readiness Score. Calls and transfers are screened live against your criteria. Signed cases pass an 11 point screen before signature covering the accident, fault, injuries, treatment, representation, prior settlement and both drivers' insurance.
How do you handle TCPA compliance?
Every form is captured with TCPA compliant consent language, with consent documentation available on request. On inbound calls, the prospect dialed the number themselves, so the originating consent is the call. On transfers, consent naming your firm is captured on the recorded call before the handoff.
Can you target my market and case types?
Yes. We target by county, state, case type and your written criteria, and we can tighten or widen the area as you scale. California firms sign a joint advertising rider before any signed case is delivered.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Forms, calls and transfers run with no long term commitment and a daily cap you control. Signed case orders run in blocks at your election, with no auto renewal.
What close rates should I expect?
Web form leads typically close 9 to 13%. Inbound calls generally sign above form fills because the prospect chose to dial. Warm transfers run 20% to 25%. Signed and commercial cases arrive already signed. We will build a simple ROI model with you on the working call using your own average case value.
Do you offer case types besides MVA?
Yes. Premises liability, slip and fall and dog bite are available as exclusive web form leads at $75 to $100 per lead. Signed cases are offered on auto accident and commercial vehicle cases.
How does payment work?
Web form leads, inbound calls and warm transfers are billed weekly, with nothing up front. Pay only when you sign is billed per signed retainer. Signed retainers and commercial cases are paid in halves on the opening order: half up front, the balance after the first half is delivered. No setup fees on anything.
